Our monthly fixed fee is calculated based on the accounting services you would like us to complete for your recruitment business. We want to be as transparent as possible, so we are happy to break your quote up into the individual service areas.

We use QuickBooks Online to complete the bookkeeping for your recruitment business.

Most of our clients don’t want the hassle of completing their own bookkeeping. However, if you are proficient in using QuickBooks or have completed your bookkeeping on similar online software in the past, we’d be happy to provide you with some basic training to bring you up to speed.
If you’d prefer to leave the bookkeeping to us, rest assured this will be completed to the highest standard. As well as being an AAT Qualified Bookkeeper, we also hold an Online Advanced Certification with QuickBooks.

We will produce either monthly or quarterly management accounts for your recruitment business based on your individual needs. At minimum, your management accounts will include a Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and an analysis of your Debtors (people who owe you money) and Creditors (people you owe money to).
Over time, you may require additional financial analysis such as a breakdown of your Profit & Loss by department/consultant. We can help with putting together all sorts of detailed analysis for you.

Our payroll services cover anyone internal to your recruitment business. This will include paid directors, consultants, resourcers and other employees.
We are also happy to help with lower volume temporary payrolls. We cannot, however, process higher volume weekly payrolls for temporary staff.

We will send your invoices, fully branded, from QuickBooks Online. We can then set scheduled reminders to ensure your clients pay you on time.

Once you are happy to proceed, we can reach out to your current accountant to gather everything we need to effectively take over your accounting support.

Yes! We are more than happy to support start-ups and register you for all appropriate taxes. We offer this service free of charge subject to you using our ongoing accountancy services.

We support all recruitment businesses with an annual turnover of up to £10.2 million, no more than £5.1 million in assets and fewer than 50 internal employees. If you are at all unsure, please get in touch.
