About us

I’m the founder of The Recruiters’ Accountant, a service offering designed for recruitment business owners looking at a specialist accounting and bookkeeping solution for their business.

Why partner with me? Well, firstly, I have over a decade of experience in accountancy and finance; with qualifications to suit. More importantly though, a large portion of my career has been working with successful recruitment business owners, like you.  

By partnering with me, you can have faith that I know the intricacies of the recruitment industry – from factoring, right through to the regulations which come with certain recruitment sectors (i.e., CIS). 

Why did I start up The Recruiters’ Accountant? Well, having watched countless recruiters embark on their own journey to start up and run their own recruitment businesses, it would be a little odd not to have thought “why don’t I do just that!?”. So, here I am, a start-up accountancy business owner, providing services to those who have embarked on that same journey! How’s that for an icebreaker?

Recruitment business owners come in all manner of sizes. Whilst perhaps not as literal as our choice of imagery, tailoring our service to fit the needs of our clients is paramount – from support for recruitment start-ups right through to larger dual desk agencies.

We offer a monthly fixed fee accounting and bookkeeping solution to recruitment businesses with a clear breakdown of exactly what you are paying for.

Only need payroll for one employee? It would only make sense you are not paying the same payroll costs as a larger recruitment agency.

Only have a handful of bank transactions per month? Our bookkeeping fee is scalable to make sure you pay for the time it takes and nothing else.
